TABULA HUNGARIAE by LAZARUS ROSETI
The oldest map depiction of the Hungaria Magna territory is well known "TABULA HUNGARIAE", author of which is Lazarus Roseti. The map was printed in 1528, although created earlier, in 1513. The scale is thought to be either 1:1 093 000 or 1:1 200 000. We can easily notice the original Latin, Magyar, Slovak, Romanian or German locations, names of cities and villages as well as geographical features. It also records more than 260 towns and cities of Upper Hungary (Slovakia).
